#1 Procrastination

“Procrastination is the number one killer of progress.”

Ito talaga ang isa sa pinaka dahilan kung bakit hanggang ngayon ay nasa punto ka pa din ng iyong buhay kung bakit hindi mo pa nakakamit o nararating ang iyong mga pangarap.

When you put off doing something, you’re not just putting off that task, you’re putting off your own growth.

Halimbawa…

Ang mga salitang, I’ll do it tomorrow quickly turns into I’ll do it next week and before you know it, months have gone by and you’re nowhere closer to your goal.

Ngunit, kapag ginawa mo ang isang bagay na mas maaga, mas dumadali o mas na j-justify mo ito sa iyong sarili.

Mas gumagaan ang trabaho hanggang sa makasanayan mo na ang iyong routine at mas nagiging madali nalang ang lahat.

#2 Comparison

Ang pag kukumpara ay nauuwi sa pagka-inggit. Ito ang pinaka worst na pwedi mong gawin sa iyong sarili.

Kapag patuloy mong ikinukumpara ang iyong mga tagumpay sa iba, mas lalo mo lamang inilalapit ang iyong sarili sa failure o pagkabigo.

Nandito na yung…

Hindi ka kuntento kung ano ang mayroon ka…
Hindi ka nakakaramdam ng saya sa tuwing may naa-achieved ka…
Worst is, you’re also missing out on the unique gifts and talents that make you.

#3 Chasing Perfection

Ang isa sa mga pangunahing bagay na pumipigil sa mga tao mula sa paggawa ay ang paghahangad ng pagiging perpekto.

Well, aminin man natin o hindi, we live in a world where we are constantly bombarded with images of perfect lives and perfect bodies.

So no wonder… nakakaramdaman tayo ng mga insecurities katulad ng..

Kailangan mong maging perfect!

And example when it comes to physical appearance…

…ayy kailangan ko ng magandang mukha!

…kailangan ko ng magandang katawan! And etc.

we have to achieve perfection in order to be happy to the point na wala na tayong contentment.

The big fact is… PERFECTION is an illusion and chasing it will only lead to frustration and disappointment.

Instead of striving for perfection, focus on taking small steps that will get you closer to your goal.

#4 Negative Thinking

Yes! From the word itself…. Negative thinking.

Sa buong buhay mo, do you ever find yourself thinking things like, I’m not good enough? or this will never work out?

Kung gayon, ikaw mismo ang nakakahadlang sa iyong tagumpay. Bakit? Ang pag iisip ng negatibo ay nauuwi sa negatibong resulta.

Because,

“If you want to see positive change in your life, then you need to start thinking positive thoughts.”

Well, common naman ang self-doubt lalo na kung ikaw ay bago sa isang bagay o sa isang larangan.

“Self-doubt is one of the most destructive things you can allow into your mind.”

When you start doubting yourself, getting caught in a spiral of negative thinking is easy. At bago mo pa ito malaman, you’ve talked yourself out of taking any action at all.

So coach… ano ang pweding kong gawin sa tuwing nakakaramdam ako ng self-doubt?

Ang maipapayo ko lang ay, harapin ng mas maaga ang iyong sarili, tingnan kung saang parte ka nagkakaroon ng pangamba at gumawa ng hakbang kung paano ito malalampasan.

At ang pinaka huli at huwag kakalimutan…. mag dasal. 😊

#6 Unrealistic Expectations

Oo nga naman, ang sarap nga naman mangarap diba lalo na kung ikaw ay nagsisimula na sa iyong larangan.

It’s great to have big dreams and goals, but you need to be realistic about what you can achieve and how quickly you can achieve it.

Kapag ang iyong expectations ay napaka taas, inilalagay mo lamang ang iyong sarili sa disappointment, at kapag nangyari iyon, napakadali mo ng sumuko kapag wala kang nakikitang maganda resulta sa iyong ginagawa.

Kaya ano ang magandang gawin?

Take a step back, assess your situation, and set achievable goals.

#7 Avoid Unnecessary Distractions

When you’re trying to grow, it’s important to focus on your goals and not get sidetracked by unnecessary distractions.

This can be anything from spending too much time on social media to watching TV instead of working on your goals.

Siguraduhing ikaw ay laging nakatuon sa iyong mga layunin o kung ano ang mga mas importanteng bagay na kailangan mong gawin at tumigil sa  anumang hindi nakakatulong sa iyo para umunlad.

#8 Living in the Past

It’s important to learn from your mistakes, but it’s even more important to move on from them.

Constantly living in the past and reliving your failures will only hold you back from achieving success.
