Hi friends, it’s been 5 months now since 2021 started. It’s never too late to hit your goals, and the right time is now.
Alam ko we are still on the pandemic, and maybe nag iisip ka papaano mo mahi- hit ang goals mo sa ganitong sitwasyon na nararanasan ng mundo ngayon.
But it still depends on you. Kung paano mo haharapin ang mga pagsubok ng taon na ito.
Kung paano ka mag iisip ng mga bagong idea para makamit ang gusto mo. Still, ikaw pa din ang masusunod sa buhay mo.
You have full control over your life. And naniniwala ako na kahit na mahirap ang sitwasyon na nararanasan ng lahat, ay mayroon pa rin mga bagong opportunity ang naghihintay sayo.
Kung ikaw ay talagang desidido at mayroong right focus towards your goal. So, tara! Let’s talk about how you will hit your goals this year.
There are 2 types of Goals, Result-Oriented Goals, and Process-Oriented Goals.
Result-Oriented Goals
Result-oriented goals mean that you are only focusing on the result. On how much money you will make.
Ito yung focus mo ay andun sa magiging resulta ng mga ginagawa mo. Let’s say kung ikaw ay may target na kumita ng 50k,70k or 100k sa isang buwan.
You can measure the amount you want to receive, monthly or yearly. Ito yung kapag hindi nagwork sayo ang isang strategy, you have the ability to change it.
Pero sa result-oriented goals ay wala kang full control sa resulta na gusto mo ma- receive.
Karamihan sa mga tao na nakafocus lang sa resulta ay nadidismaya kapag hindi nila na- achieve yung goals nila.
Bakit kamo? Kasi nga feeling nila hindi sila magaling, kulang pa yung mga effort na ginagawa nila, or naniniwala sila na nagfailed sila.
That’s led them to give up at hindi na magtuloy sa kanilang nasimulan. Yung failures na nagdulot ng pain na naranasan nila in the past, ay naging dahilan para huminto na sila pag abot ng pangarap nila.
So this is the disadvantage of being a result-oriented goal.
Process-Oriented Goals
I do believe that Process-oriented goals should be considered along with result-oriented goals.
Wala naman masama sa pagiging result oriented, pero dapat isaalang alang mo din yung process.
Ang pag achieve mo sa iyong goals ay isang proseso, it is a learning process. So kung nagfailed ka man na ma achieve yung target mong kitain sa isang taon, its normal.
Or kung ano mang goal mo na gusto mo makuha. Pinagdadaanan talaga yan ng mga gustong magtagumpay sa buhay.
Learn the process, if nag- fail ka before, does not mean na magfe- fail ulit sa susunod.
Dahil sa bawat pagkakamali na ginawa mo doon ka natututo at gawin mong inspirasyon yun para pagbutihin mo pa.
Sabi nga nila you must Love The Process. Kung ikaw ay isang entrepreneur. Just trust the process, at ang pagsisimula ang pinakamahirap na part palagi sa una.
But once you pass the beginning point, that’s when you start to really enjoy it. And the key to success in all aspects is to love the process not the results.
The process of practicing new daily habits, the process of creating valuable content, the process of learning a new skill step by step, the process of improving your personal development.
And that’s lead you to the result. There’s no guarantee kung ang focus mo lang ay sa result ng iyong business.
Kung ang motivation mo ay kumita lang. It does not work that way, at talagang palagi kang magfe- fail at di mo makuha ang resulta na gusto mo.
As I always tell everybody, the only way to succeed is to give value to the people. Love the process, and i-enjoy mo lang yung journey na tinatahak mo.
Nadetermined mo na ba kung saan ka nakafocus sa dalawang type ng goals na ito? Ngayon alam mo na paano mo mahi- hit ang goals by analyzing your goals.
