As we know, ang pag focus ang mag d-dikta sa atin kung ano ang matatapos natin sa isang araw.
But we lived in a world that is really hard to stay focused in.
Bakit?
Because everything is literally at our fingertips right now.
We can get people that can message us, we can get people that can come through, some people that can send us text messages, send us emails, they can come to our door, they can make a phone call…
LITERALLY… we can be so distracted. Right?
Focus is a skill that you need to work on.
Kung gusto mo o pangarap mong maging isang Profesional Trainer, at ikaw ay gumigising at nagtatrabaho 16 hours a day.
(Imagine in 6 months, kung ikaw ay nagtatrabaho ng 16hours a day… for sure!
Nandito na yung, pagkagising mo sa umaga, you’ll get your phone… browse sa social media, check ng text messages or emails, call someone… atbp.
If that’s the case…
CAN’T WE TRAIN OURSELVES TO BE FOCUSED?
We can wake up and actually have the intention of being focused every single day.
5 Simple Ways to Improve Your Focus
#1 Make a To-Do-List
Think and allow things to come into your mind and write it down.
#2 I Turn-Off ang Notifications
Napaka-simple.
For some reasons, ang mga tao ay addicted sa kanilang notifications.
When someone likes something sa kanilang Instagram, they get notifications.
Kapag nakapag upload na ang kanilang favorite Youtuber, they get notifications.
Kapag mayroon silang bagong text messages, they get notifications.
Imagine how much more focused you could be if you didn’t have notifications.
Kaya if you want to be more focus, stop ka muna sa social media para makapag concentrate ka at matapos mo ang mga dapat mong gawin.
#3 Gawin ang Pomodoro Technique
What is Pomodoro Technique?
- Get a to-do list and a timer.
- Set your timer for 25 minutes, and focus on a single task until the timer rings.
- When your session ends, mark off one Pomodoro and record what you completed.
- Then enjoy a five-minute break.
- After four pomodoros, take a longer, more refreshing 15–30-minute break.
#4 Make Fewer Decisions
Think of Jeff Bezos the CEO ng Amazon.
I have something to share with you.
I read an article that says, he tries to make no more than three daily decisions.
That’s it.
Three decisions a day.
The reason is that decision-making actually takes up so much energy from the brain.
If you are trying to make decisions and putting so much energy into decision-making, that’s requiring your brain to think harder.
#5 Work-Out For 15 Minutes
Yes. Mag work out ng 15 minutes.
Well, the research found out that people who worked out for 15 minutes before completing a task were much faster than those who didn’t.
Well, the reason why is because their brain and body now have chemicals for moving or getting stuff done.
Pwede dito ang 15 minutes Yoga, 15 minutes for running, 15 minutes para sa jumping jacks, or push-ups.
Just do anything that increases your heart rate and makes you feel like you’re moving forward. 🙂
So I hope nakatulong sa iyo ang blog na ito.
