Marketing Strategy Steps:
#1 Where Does Your Target Market Hang Out?

Once na alam mo na ang iyong target market, try to think through the below questions about them:
- Where does my target market spend time?
- What voices does my target market listen to?
- What voices does my target market trust?
#2 What Outlets Can I Use To Meet My Target Market There?
Once you’ve narrowed down where your target market spends time and whom they listen to and trust, try to think through different channels that you could use to meet your target market where they spend time and/or influence them through the voices that they trust and listen to.
It will look different for every business and target market, but try to think through how you can connect with your target market in the places where they spend the most time and through the voices that they listen to and trust most.
What does it look like to meet your target market in their circle? Again, it will look different for every business – but it could look like any of the following
- Joining a trusted directory for referrals
- Building a website to show up in searches
- Partnering with other trusted businesses for referrals
- Doing an FB Ads
These are just a few examples! Think through YOUR target market and where you can:
- Get the most exposure with them.
- Build their trust.
#3 YOUR VOICE
What am I trying to sell my customers?
- What Is My “Sell”?
Produkto ba ang gusto kong bilhin nila?
Ito ba ay isang serbisyo na gusto kong mag-sign up sila?
Content ba ang gusto kong basahin nila?
Kailangan mong malaman kung ano ang gusto mong sundin ng iyong mga customer bago ka makipag-communicate sa kanila. Kung sinusubukan mong magbenta ng produkto, hindi sapat na makakuha ka lang ng maraming view sa social media mula sa mga taong interesado sa iyong buhay. Kailangan mong siguraduhin na ang iyong “boses” ay nagtuturo sa kanila sa iyong produkto.
- How Do You Want People To Connect With You?
Gusto mo bang makipag communicate sa kanila digitally or in-person? Or both?
At gusto mo ba na magkaroon ng on-going relationship with your target market?
Or would it serve your needs to be more transaction-based and lead target customers to a sale and be done?
#4 How Do I Connect My Voice For Reaching My Market?
Here are some examples:
- Building an email list to send regular emails (relational interaction, digitally)
- Creating and managing a Facebook group (relational interaction, digitally)
- Spending money on digital advertisements

You simply need to know whom you are trying to sell to and how to get your voice to be trusted and heard by them.
Once you’ve determined what your marketing strategy looks like for your business you should know:
- What means to use to reach out to your target audience
- What kind of statement do you want to make on these platforms
