Find something you’re absolutely passionate about that lights you on fire.

When it says passionate about, you need to look for the things you love to do.

One recipe for success is to find something that makes you feel happy doing it.

A good example is when your love is in the title, or the money or the position, you will never find happiness or fulfillment in your work.

That only comes from the process. It is the love you have for the doing that ultimately leads to happiness and fulfillment.

That’s where the long-term wins are.

Or just wasting your time browsing on social media and other stuff?

Choose the right kind of content that you want to feed your mind.

Like watching motivational videos. Or read some blogs or a book that will teach you to stay motivated.

Follow those who achieve great success, people who inspired you to move forward.

Surround yourself with people who are motivated. (External Environment)

The external environment is the people with who you are hanging around.

So to be able to keep productive, you have to spend time with the right type of people that will motivate you and push you.

And the truth is, staying motivated cannot be done alone.

You got to get in the communities. Who are on a similar journey as you.

With the people who are ambitious, passionate, doers, problem solvers, those who can inspire you and be your role model.

It is always useful to be surrounded by people who can lend you a helping hand, contribute in some positive way, and add value to your life.

Find a coach/mentor who holds you accountable.

It’s a really good idea to find a coach or a mentor who holds you accountable.

Someone you’ll typically hire because they’re at a higher level in business than you are.

They’ve been there, done that, and you’d like to learn how they got to where they are.

You should look at their journey and find that you’re on a similar path that will inspire and motivate you.

This is a great thing and can help you keep going when the going gets tough.

These are people you look up to. We all need mentors in our lives to help us reach the next level.
