May nakilala ka na bang tao na yumaman sa pagiging empleyado?

If yes, they are probably the lucky ones that comprise of less than 1% of the entire workforce in the Philippines.

Sila yung mga na-promote, through the years, at naging Vice President or even President ng isang malaking kumpaniya.

Take note sa mga salitang “through the years” at “malaking kumpaniya”.

Kaya papaano kung ikaw ay isang ordinaryong empleyado na hindi mo kayang mabuhay hanggang 100 years old at wala naman sa top 100 corporations ang kumpaniyang pinapasukan mo? Naloko na!

I am not saying that everyone needs to be rich. It depends on the person’s preference in life.

May mga taong hangad ay simpleng buhay lamang.

Makakain lang ng tatlong beses sa isang araw at makitang nakapagtapos ng college ang kanilang mga anak ay sapat na.

That’s okay.

We all have different dreams and goals.

But if you want to become wealthy, to have more than enough for yourself so you can share your blessings with others, then read on.

Most success stories of wealth came from business owners or entrepreneurs. At yan ang aking tatalakayin sa blog na ito.

I will teach you simple tips on how to be successful in your business.

Tip #1: Mag-Aral

First step is to educate yourself on what’s happening around you. Do your research.

Find out what you want to do.

Is it a product?
A service?
Has it been done before?
Sa palagay mo ba, bebenta itong idea mo na ito?
And the most important question you need to answer – sino ang matutulungan ng product or service mo?

Tip #2: Mangilala

This leads us to the second step, which is, know your target market.

Dapat kilalanin mo kung sino-sino ang mga matutulungan ng iyong naisip na produkto o serbisyo.

Remember, you can have the greatest product or provide the best service, but if no one wants it or needs it? There’s no point

Tip #3: Maging-madiskarte

Once you’ve gathered enough information about your business, the last step is to strategize an effective implementation plan.

A good strategy not only get things done…it get things done right.

Kapag maayos ang iyong business system, tatakbo din ng maayos ang negosyo mo even without your presence.

So to summarize, tatandaan mo lang ang 3M.

Hindi yung pandikit ah kundi yung tatlong “M” that can help you succeed in your business endeavour.

“3M – Mag-aral, Mangilala at Magdiskarte”

Bonus Tip: Buddy up with a mentor.

I highly suggest that you get a good business mentor.

Someone who has gone through the ropes para hindi mo na kailangan manghula or mag-imbento pa ng mga dapat mong gawin.

Build on your mentor’s success.

Napagdaanan na niya ang mga failures and successes kaya mabibigyan ka niya ng tamang advice sa mga pinagdadaanan mo.

Plus, your mentor will be your source of inspiration. Importante ang patuloy na pagiging inspired, especially during times of difficulty, doubt and fear.

  5. Tama po coach dapat po mag-aral habang may chances lalo na kung nkawork ka kailangan pa rin natin (employee) na mag-aral kasi hindi lahat ng trabaho natin alam na natin gawin lahat.
    Sa business na ito dapat po meron kang target market upang maayos at mabilis mong gawin ang negosyo mo po..
    And lastly ang maging madiskarte sa lahat ng bagay dapat may strategy ka na sundin base sa mga experriences nyo po coach na mga coaches, mentors ang especially founders na successdul na ngayon ay mabilis natin po na mahikayat ang mga prospect natin sa pagsagawa ng internet business.
