Get comfortable with being uncomfortable means that you’re getting used to being in a situation that is outside of your comfort zone.

Naranasanan mo na bang maging uncomfortable sa isang bagay na ginagawa mo?
then suddenly nung paulit ulit mo na syang ginagawa ay naging comfortable ka na?
Sa una nahihirapan kang mag adjust sa mga bagay na bago sayo.
But then later on kapag naging routine mo na sya, nagiging habit mo na and you get used to it.
Katulad lang yan ng paglilipat mo ng trabaho or kumpanya….
HIndi ka familliar sa mga bagong mga makakasama mo, and also yung task na binigay sayo ay iba sa dati mong ginagawa.
You have to learn na maging comfortable dahil part yun ng trabaho mo.
Ganun din ang mga karanasan ng mga naging successful na sa kanilang buhay.
Ginawa nila ang mga bagay na hindi sila comfortable para mag tagumpay.
At kung asan man sila ngayon, ay dahil yun sa hindi nila hinayaan ang kanilang sarili na maging kumportable na lang sa kung ano lang ang meron sila.
Ikaw handa ka bang lumabas sa comfort zone mo? Handa ka na bang gawin ang mga bagay na uncomfortable para matupad ang mga pangarap mo sa buhay?
So let’s see what are the 2 ways you can do to get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
#1 Use your fear as an indication that you’re going forward in the right direction.
Alam ko nakakatakot naman talaga gawin ang mga bagay na wala ka pang idea or hindi mo pa alam…
Dadating sa punto na hindi ka talaga magiging kumportable at kakabahan ka. But I want you to take the first step and conquer your fear.
Kung gusto mo talaga na mag grow, you need to push yourself na maglevel up.
Kailangan mong maging uncomfortable, and its normal na maramdaman mo.
Ibig sabihin lang nyan ay there’s something about to change, your breakthrough.
Ano ba yung mga bagay sa buhay mo na humahamon sayo at nagdudulot ng takot?
Fear of rejection? Sa babaeng matagal mo ng gustong ligawan?
Fear of failure? Sa negosyo na gusto mong simulan pero takot ka na mabankrupt?
Kung ano man yung mga takot na pumupigil sayo ngayon, use it as an indication that you are going forward in the right direction.
Go ka lang, use your fear to challenge yourself. You will never know until you try and go out of your comfort zone.

#2 If you’re not uncomfortable, you are not progressing.
What I am trying to say here is, if you stay in your comfort zone for the rest of your life, nothing will change.
There is no growth, walang progress na mangyayari. Imagine kung ikaw ay nag eexercise dahil gusto mong magbawas ng timbang?
Pero hindi ka consistent at di mo naman gingawa yung tamang work out dahil nahihirapan ka and di ka kumportable.
Sa tingin mo meron ka bang makikitang pagbabago or result sa katawan mo?
Sa tingin mo ba maachieve mo yung goal mo na maging fit and healthy? Of course not!
To be able to get the success that you want in your life you need to experience pain.
Kailangan mo talagang gawin ang mga bagay na nahihirapan ka, yung di ka comfortable at mga bagay na takot kang gawin.
At kung alam mo yung reason mo kung bakit gusto mo maabot yung mga pangarap mo, you will do whatever it takes para makuha yun.
