Yes, because maraming mga distractions para hindi mo ma- achieve ang mga bagay na gusto. A simple daily routine will help you to start getting ahead.

That’s why the truth is if you want to be successful in life and in business you need to be highly disciplined. So, tara! Let’s talk about the essential habits you need to be successful. 

#1 Set Up The Right Focus Triggers

I know maybe some of you think it is “boring” but most successful people do that. Ikaw ano ba ang una mong ginagawa pag gising mo sa umaga?

Kung gusto mo maging matagumpay na entrepreneur kailangan mong maging mentally fit.

Because if you challenge yourself sa isang bagay na mahirap para sayo gawin, it prepares you for the daily challenges of business.

So here are some of the simple but essential habits of successful people do.

Walking up early at 5 AM

Making up bed

Sunrise Watching

Daily cold shower

Daily morning prayer/Reading a bible

Writing  a daily journal

#2 Leverage Deep Work To move Your Life Forward

You need to leverage your deep work. Deep work is complete distraction-free productivity.

In any business na ginagawa mo, kailangan nakafocus ka and you don’t allow distraction.

For example ikaw ay nag aaral ng bagong strategy sa business mo, kailangan alisin yung mga bagay na makakaabala sayo like you only open 1 tab sa browser mo.

Walang mobile phones sa desk mo to avoid seeing and hearing notifications. A closed room and inform the people in your house na hindi ka pwede istorbohin lets say for 2 or 3 hours.

Not allowing phone calls and chat. So basically it will help you to focus sa ginagawa mo on a daily basis.

#3 Get Your Physical Exercises In

When it comes to becoming successful in life/business you need to make sure that your physical body that carries your brain is performing on a higher level.

So kailangan mo din mag exercise on a daily basis.Para maging mentally fit ka, you need to be physically fit.

Even just a simple 30 minutes walk/run outside or at home if you have the stairs. “A strong body holds up a strong mind.”

#4 Be In A Constant State Of Improvement. Get 1% Better Everyday

This is the last essential habit you need to be successful, The “Kai Zen” principle.

It is a Japanese term that means Change For The Better or Continuous Improvement.

You need to choose one thing that is really important to you na gusto mong i-improve araw araw.

You need to Focus sa isang bagay na gusto mo talagang gawin or sa isang bagay na gusto mong maging expert ka.

Halimbawa, sa Selling, Coaching, Marketing, Building A Youtube Channel, and so on.

Make sure that you do the right way to refine it day by day. Having A right Focus, Dedication, and Consistency.
