Let’s say there are people who have their passion and skills or they are gifted with talents for teaching people.

Na pwedeng gawin online, anytime, anywhere or yung tinatawag na virtual coaching.

There are 4 stages of evolution in coaching business from when it started until today. 

#1 Personal Based Model 

Personal coaching/One to One coaching. So here, you are focusing on few individuals.

A great option for those who want to create a very closely bonded, very accountable experience with students.

A super-tight relationship does lead to better results. Ang 1 to 1 Coaching ay nagbibigay ng malaking benepisyo sa iyong mga students.

But there is no high leverage over there, kasi nga you are handling a small number of people.

But the good thing is there is a high impact you deliver to them, deep learning.” LOW LEVERAGE- HIGH IMPACT”

#2 Program-Based Model

 Live Physical Programs, one to three-day seminars, and boot camps.

Those are examples of a program-based model.

Na ginagawa before ng offline, So ang isang speaker ay pumupunta pa sa iba’t ibang bansa or lugar para madeliver ang isang program or event. Nagboom yung ganitong klase ng coaching noong 2000-2005.

Tumaas din ang physical product industry kung saan right after magsalita ng isang speaker ay magpopromote sya ng isang libro about sa kung anong niche ang tinuturo nya. Like personal development or about sa business.

Dito naman there is high leverage because sa laki ng bilang ng mga tao na tinuturuan mo pero mababa ang impact sa mga students or there is no deep learning. “HIGH LEVERAGE- LOW IMPACT”

#3 Course-Based Model

Ito naman yung kind of coaching na gumagawa ng mga online courses at iba pang digital products.

And sell them to online platforms like Udemy and Coursera. There is high leverage because people are looking for courses to study that can be done on their own.

In their own time and space. Not the same with personal coaching na mas intimate yung relationship between the coach and the trainee.

Mas high yung impact na matuto at magsucceed ang isang student. So It depends on how you deliver the course in a particular way. “HIGH LEVERAGE- LOW IMPACT”

#4 Platform Based Model

Building your own digital system, or building your own platform.

Here kailangan mo mag-build ng community, not just to sell a product  but to be “problem solvers.”

Kung saan pwede ka mag personal coaching, magbenta ng products mapa physical or digital, maglagay ng mga programs or free trainings and free tips.

Dito sa platform na ito you can have all, or can be called all in one ecosystem.

This is the most effective platform kung ikaw ay nasa coaching business.

Ito yung magbibigay sayo ng multiple streams of income, through your coaching/training models. The platform Model is “HIGH LEVERAGE- HIGH IMPACT.”

Your question now, paano ba magsimula sa platform-based model?

There are 3 elements you need for you to start your platform-based model.

First, ay kailangan mo magkaroon ng Branded Website. Like any other coaches and mentors, they have their own websites.

Second, is Knowledge Portal where you can actually put all your digital products and online courses.

And third, is to have your own Social Network or Private Network. Where you can nurture your students and understand their needs.

Don’t sell products, don’t sell programs, don’t sell one-to-one coaching. Sell memberships into your platform.
