Things to avoid when stuck at home? Seriously? I know you are asking these questions because we have the option to get lazy, we have the option to sleep all day.

Being ‘stuck’ can make you feel like there is nothing to do. But hey, let me tell you this, even you are stuck at home there are still a lot of things to do to keep going or to be productive.
And I’m sure being stuck at home may cause unhealthy habits. So here let me share with you the 10 things you need to avoid.
1. Do not give up on your morning routine
I know this pandemic time, halos karamihan ay asa kanya kanyang tahanan lang.
Kung may mga routine ka na ginagawa before the pandemic, I advise that ipagpatuloy mo lang.
Like doing your journal first thing in the morning, make your bed, reading a book, or just simply cook breakfast. Because morning routine is the first win of the day.
2. Avoid a bad diet
If you noticed, Hindi lang ordinary people even celebrities nag gain ng weight.
Or maybe even you, because of eating fast food dahil usong uso ang food delivery and junk foods na masarap kainin habang nagmo-movie marathon.
Choose to eat healthy food and snack para maka-iwas sa bad diet.
Strong diet enables you to maintain high energy throughout the day.
3. Do not touch your phone while eating
Did you know that our mobile phones are the dirtiest objects that we own?
Maaring andyan ang bacteria and viruses na pwede nating matransfer sa ating katawan.
So while eating your meal, make sure that you put your phone somewhere else and focus on your food.
And of course, wash your hands properly before eating! For your personal hygiene, for your safety, and to not get sick.
4. Do not stay indoors 24/7
We can still go out for a quick walk, run, or bike ride. Let your body get at least 20 minutes of sunshine.
It will help you to have a good mood and it has a lot of health benefits.
Don’t stay at home for 24 hours playing video games, browsing on social media, or watching Korean dramas.
5. Do not neglect your physical exercise
Get you daily exercise, one of the important thing on a daily basis.
Kailangan mapanatili natin healthy ang ating katawan not only on food that we are eating.
It will increase our energy level, maintaining strong muscles and bones and syempre keep us from sickness.
6. Do not isolate yourself
It can be dangerous to your mental and physical health.
So whenever you feel lonely or having a hard time, just call your closest friend or family. And I’m sure he will understand and support you.
7. Do not overdo watching TV
Choose what you want to watch on TV. Honestly, it will not help you with your personal development.
It is just a waste of time. And alam mo ba na may negative effect din sa ating brain ang sobrang pagconsume sa panonood ng tv.
8. Do not watch porn
It is funny to hear, right? Lalo na sa mga kalalakihan. Do not watch porn, It has a negative impact on our lives and can cause addiction.
And besides, the bible tells us that it is a sin. It is possible to overcome a habit of pornography but trying and doing so will strengthen your relationship with your family
—and, most importantly, it will strengthen your relationship with the God who loves you and wants the very best for you.
9. Don’t give up on your dreams
Stuck at home can lead to excuses that hindi natin maachieve yung mga gusto natin sa buhay.
Dahil nga sa situation ng buong mundo and maybe one of the reasons you stop working on your dreams.
God did not give us limitation sa mga bagay na gusto natin maachieve.
So keep on chasing your dreams, and find a way to work for it!
10. Don’t get comfortable
Don’t get comfortable, just because you feel that you cannot do anything about this situation.
Be the best that you can be. Because God made you that way, God made you do greater things in your life.
This pandemic will end soon keep that faith! Follow the desire of your heart, and keep moving forward.
