How to go from 0 to Hundreds of thousands in 2022

I’ve broken the process of going from 0 to hundreds of thousand into 4 phases.

So, in this blog, I am going to share with you each of those 4 phases, kung anu-ano ang mga ito, kung ano ang kailangan mong gawin sa bawat phase na ito, kung ano ang maaari mong asahan and how that will lead you closer to hitting that goal of earning a hundreds of thousand a year.

At isa din mahalagang malaman bago tayo pumasok sa lahat ng ito, ang blog na ito ay para sa entrepreneur, o mga taong gustong maging entrepreneur.

Hindi kita tuturuan sa blog na ito kung paano makakuha ng pagtaas o makakuha ng promosyon o makakuha ng mas mahusay na trabaho, o anumang bagay na katulad niyan.

We are going to focus on how to turn a business from nothing into a business that is consistently earning 6 figures to 7 figures per year, so if that is what you are interested in doing this next couple of months then keep on reading, kung ikaw naman ay walang interes sa pagbuo ng sariling negosyo, then you should probably leave now because this blog will not be what you are interested in.

So, let’s get into it!

Here are the 4 phases you need to go through to build a business that earns 6 figures in a year and goes on to earn way more than that.

Here’s PHASE #1 MAKE A PLAN

Ang phase na ito ay pweding gumugol lamang ng isang araw, o pwedi kang gumugol ng mas marami pang oras para buuin o isipin kung ano ang mga dapat o kailangan mong gawin kung ano ang negosyong uumpisahan mo.

Sa phase din na ito, kailangan mong magdesisyon kung ano ang produkto ng iyong Negosyo, kung anu ano ang iyong ibebenta o maibebenta, kung sino ang iyong magiging target na kostumer, at kung paano mo pagsasama-samahin ang mga ideyang ito.

There can be a lot of unknowns when you are writing a business plan before you are actually started the business but it’s important that you just put something down on paper so that you know generally where you are headed.

And, once you finished your plan or at least the first draft of your plan, you can move on to phase 2.

PHASE #2 EARN YOUR FIRST FIVE FIGURES ASAP

“During this phase, you are going to do a quick and dirty setup of your business.”

The reason for this is that you don’t yet have to prove to your business idea is really valid.

Right now, you are just trying to prove your business ideas, you just trying to prove that there is demand for the product that you want to sell, so focus on doing exactly that and earn your first thousand as quickly as possible.

Maaring tumagal ang phase na ito for about 1 to 3 months, ngunit huwag gumastos ng mas mahaba kaysa sa tatlong buwan para dito, and obviously, during this phase, you can expect to earn about thousands, or maybe a fair bit more, at kung hindi naman, kailangan mong bumalik ulit kung paano planuhin ang iyong Negosyo.

Once you have hit that point where you have earned at least the first thousand, pagkatapos ay napatunayan mong tama ang iyong ideya sa iyong inumpisahang negosyo, na mayroong demand para sa iyong mga produkto, you are now ready to move on to phase 3.

PHASE #3 BUILDING YOUR SYSTEMS

“You don’t probably earn much during this phase”

Ngayon, possible na kumita ka na ng kaunti galing sa iyong business, pweding mayroon kang ilang mga produkto na natitira from the marketing efforts you did in the 2nd phase of the process.

Maaaring ikaw ay nagbibigay ng mga serbisyo, kumikita ka na ng kaunti dito, nakaka attract ka ng ng mga ilang kostumer, nakakakuha ka na ng ilang mga referrals, and that’s awesome but be careful, huwag mong hayaang maka abala o ma distract ka sa mga bagay na iyon para buuin mo ang iyong system.

You are so close to scaling and seeing massive growth because the time has finally come to do phase 4 and this is where you work your system…

PHASE #4 WORK YOUR SYSTEM

“Well, quite simply, you’ve built this system that can produce consistent outputs. “

Yes, makakapag produce ito ng real results.  

Ano ang ibig kong sabihin dito?

Parang bumili ka dito ng mga supplies para makapag produce ka ng sarili mong produkto, it could look like shipping out those products to customers, it could definitely look like driving traffic to your website, purchasing ads, or creating content to attract your customers.

Kung susundan mong maigi ang ganitong proseso, makakabuo ka ng solid na system para sa iyong negosyo, they can produce consistent results, wherein, when you put more in, you get more out, when you drive traffic to your website, you make more sales, when you purchase more products, your system are equipped to produce your products.

It’s the sales process.

At halos iilan lamang din ang nakakaunawa sa ganitong system, most people aren’t really sure how to produce consistent sales, they don’t really understand how long this process needs to be and where it really begins.

Ngayon, hayaan niyo akong i share sa inyo ang proseso, ano ang pros and cons at kung paano mag decide ano ang tamang negosyo para sa iyo.

Una dito ay ang Business Branding.

Kailangan mong mag reach out sa iyong future customer, kailangan mong ipakilala ang iyong sarili o ang iyong negosyo. Ang business branding ay para lamang ikaw ay kanilang makilala, ano ang iyong mga serbisyo at ano ang iyong mga produkto.

But keep in mind, habang pinapakilala mo muna ang iyong business sa iyong future customers, do not try to sell something.

(When your future customer notice that you are selling products right away, baka mawalan sila ng ganang malaman pa kung ano ang iyong negosyo. Sino nga ba naman ang matutuwa sa ganoon na paraan, hindi ba? so at this phase just build first your brand, build a trust, tell what it is until they notice it and sila na mismo ang lalapit sa iyo, I hope you’re getting my point. 😊 )

Next are, tips on promoting…

It depends on the type of business you are running and trying to build.

This will look very different if you are running a mass-scale business.

Kung ikaw ay nagbebenta ng mas murang produkto or maybe some sort of digital product that has mass appeal. kailangan mong mag isip ng strategy na kung saan kayang maabot ang napakaraming tao.

Ang example dito ay mga billboards. Nakikita ng lahat ng nagmamaneho sa highway ang billboard.

Kaya, kung nagbebenta ka ng isang bagay na may mass appeal, ang pagbabayad para sa billboard na iyon ay maaaring maging isang mahusay na pamumuhunan, dahil maaabot mo ang maraming potential customer using that billboard.

But on the other hand, if you are selling something that has a much narrower appeal, something that you’re planning only to sell to a few people but for a higher price, then that billboard would not be a very good investment because you are paying to reach a ton of people who are never going to become your customers.

So, let’s recap real quick.

The first phase is to Plan your business

You wouldn’t be earning during this phase; it can take you basically as long as you want it to or as little time as you want it to.

Then you’ll move on to Phase 2, Earning your first thousand as quickly as possible.

I want you to spend a maximum of 3 months in this phase with the goal to get it done in just one month. Obviously, during this phase, you’ll earn a little bit more.

Phase 3 is all about Building your System. This phase can take a fairly long amount of time.  

And phase 4 is, to Work your System. This system can produce consistent outputs and real results.
